“Boxes of initiatives” have been implemented at all Inteco enterprises

The Company management has made a decision to give their workers freedom to offer new ideas informally and in writing for operational enhancement.
The employees can complete the forms and put them in the boxes which are located at the special information stands of the company. After consideration of proposals the committee will decide to get the initiative moving or not. For any significant initiative the management is ready to provide a bonus.
If the initiative is implemented in a business environment and brings a material effect, the bonus will be increased several-fold.
