The conference is dedicated to the protection of business during tax and customs inspections, as well as minimizing the risks of personal subsidiary liability of controlling persons for the company’s debts.
On December 2, BGP Litigation held a conference in which lawyers analyzed practical cases of each problematic situation and presented recommendations on how to prepare for tax and customs inspections. There was also an opportunity to ask a question and consult directly with the speakers of the event.
The event was attended by top managers, directors and heads of specialized departments and departments of large and medium-sized federal and regional businesses.
