Moscow and Caracas have signed a roadmap for geological cooperation in the field of hydrocarbons and solid minerals until 2026.
The partnership between the two countries is actively developing. According to the Venezuelan Oil Ministry, over the past two years, exports from the country to Russia have increased 4.5 times, and supplies from Russia have increased by a third. In 2024, Venezuela brought the total volume of oil exports to 950 thousand barrels per day.
