Russia uses unique technology in oil service

It is the technology of hybrid multistage hydraulic fracturing.

The work was carried out on wells with a horizontal termination. The completion of the well is represented by a 114 mm diameter shank with eight hydraulic fracturing ports. The weight of the proppant for each stage (16 stages) is 130 tons. The hybrid version is represented by a combination of linear and cross -linked hydraulic fracturing fluid system, the linear system included 50% of the entire program downloads. The flow rate of the liquid supply is 10-12 m3/min. Creating cracks of more than 500 meters.

One of the stages was performed on a low-viscosity fluid system based on a concentrated friction reducing agent (polyacrylamide system) with improved anti-sedimentation properties. During all downloads, GIS microseismic recording was performed.
